Ingredients

¼ onions sliced
2-3 slices bacon1 fillet mignon steak, around ¼ in thick
2 slices ham
¼-½ ball mozzarella sliced
1 egg


To serve
Tomatoes sliced (optional)
Lettuce (optional)
Cooked chips
Potato salad, (optional)

Method

1. Fry the bacon and a few slices of onion in a heavy based frying pan. When ready, remove from the pan and keep warm.

2. In the same pan using the remaining bacon fat, cook the steak for 2-3 minutes, depending on how you like it cooked, turn over season with a little salt then place the ham and mozzarella cheese on top of it. The mozzarella cheese should melt.

3. In a separate pan, fry the egg to your liking.

4. To serve: put the steak with ham and mozzarella on a plate along with the chips, then add the bacon, tomato, fried egg, and onion.
